Looks pretty sharp, nice job.

I like the colour choices, they all fit togheter quite well, and it doesn't look tacky like some emotes do..because of poor colour choice.

There are a few things that might make this look better, but it's up to you to decide. The hearts are done well, but instead of shading them like you do, why not make the hearts more full (just not outline and lighter colour) and shade them like that...Or darken the colour of the inside colour and maybe lighten the border?

Secondly, I really like australia, nice a smooth, things you could add to just..add more detail is the divisions of states and territories of Austrilia. It really doesn't make any difference, but I thought i'd mention that none the less.

overall nice emote, one little nitpick, but its so unnoticable it really doesn't detract from the emoticon, good job :
