Over The Moon
"When ^livius announced the competition, we emoticonists were over the moon." This is my second submission for ^livius's Blithering Idiom Emote Contest. Again, not the best entry but I've decided to keep it simply and too the point, as this kind of emoticon should. I was really happy with the way the moon turned out, not sure about his facial expression though.
